Jete!

To do a Full jete you need to be able to do a full split so you’ll have the proper lines.
  






You do a bit of a run step on one foot, push yourself as high as you can, open into split with your hands third or fifth position and push yourself down without falling. To keep yourself from falling you need to keep your back straight.

Practice it a few times a day and keep practicing your splits to help improving your jete!
I enjoy using it in some of my dances because it brings out more volume in your dance.
