Splits!

To do a split, you need to stretch your leg muscles for a few minutes every day.
Important that you be warmed up and stretched out before you try doing a split.
There are a lot of different types of stretches, I usually start by sitting down on the floor and touch my toes like in this picture, 


Then I open up into a Straddle position and do the same routine, trying to touch my toes, 



These are other types of stretches you can do to help your flexibility.


After you're done stretching you can try doing the split, go down as much as you can but don't over do it!, and hold it till you can, I usually hold it for a minute or so.

Don’t rush to do it, for me it took 4 months to get it to full. It depends on the person; some people are flexible more than others. Just practice every day and you’ll get it
